Compliance with the new FTC Safeguards Rule has been delayed until June 9, 2023.
The FTC’s reason for the delay is due to “a reported shortage of qualified personnel to
implement an information security program.”

The delay gives dealerships more time to get their ducks in a row to meet the FTC’s
